The American Leadership Development Association is an international network for all those who practice, study, preach and teach leadership. The association is dedicated for the development and evolution of leadership and the effects on society, business, organizations as well as families. ALDA aims to promote a deeper understanding of leadership knowledge and practices for the greater good of individuals and communities worldwide. Its objective and goals was also set to bring all leaders around the world to a platform to develop more quality leaders. Our Members share and improve cutting edge leadership methodologies such as the Fifth Discipline, Directive Communication Psychology, Situational Leadership and more. Each Member brings a wealth of practical experience and results centered strategies to the community. Each member learns from the mistakes and triumphs of each other and evolves their role of Leader from sharing and giving to the community and others. We believe that becoming a great leader is a process that never ends, and with constant change in society and technology, leaders must always adapt.
Under the ALDA initiative, the association coordinates various conferences & forum throughout the world, bringing together thousands of leaders and emerging leaders-to-be from over 15 countries, of these, the most famous is the Global Leadership Awards. These conferences launched with the main objective of performing initiatives that continue to give leaders or leaders-to-be the skills and resources they need to lift up themselves, their communities and their countries. The overwhelmingly positive response to the ALDA’s initiative led to the creation of ALDA as a movement to create and spread leadership in September 2009. ALDA is now continuing the work of advancing leaders’ economic, political and social status around the world, by providing skills, networking and other support to leaders around the world.
In conjunction with “The Leaders Magazine”, ALDA coordinates experience, informs and develops members and their organization to epic levels of leadership.
